이 안내는 안드로이드 게임 ‘다콩’ 1.0.16의 개인정보 처리에 관한 내용입니다.
1. 앱이 수집·전송하는 정보
이 버전의 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이용자의 개인정보를 앱 운영자의 서버로 수집하거나 제3자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고, 행동 분석, 원격 오류 수집 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 게임과 이미지는 설치 파일에 포함되어 인터넷 연결 없이 실행됩니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
모드별 최고 점수, 최근 12경기 기록(점수·시간·콤보·경기 날짜), 누적 경기 수·회피 수·플레이 시간·최대 콤보, 달성 도장, 조작 안내·연습 완료 여부, 선택한 모드·캐릭터·유니폼·공 스킨·클럽 칭호, 선택한 언어, 소리·진동·움직임 효과 설정을 앱 내부 저장 공간에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 기기에만 남으며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 설정을 유지하고 자신의 기록을 표시하는 용도로만 사용합니다.
3. 기록의 삭제와 보관
로비의 설정에서 ‘기록 및 설정 초기화’를 누르면 게임 기록과 설정이 초기화됩니다. 안드로이드 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거해도 해당 기기의 기록이 삭제됩니다. 앱의 운영자 서버에는 보관되는 게임 기록이 없습니다. 앱의 클라우드 백업은 사용하지 않도록 설정되어 있습니다.
4. 기기 접근 권한
충돌 시 짧은 진동을 표시하기 위한 일반 진동 권한만 사용합니다. 위치, 연락처, 카메라, 마이크, 광고 ID 및 외부 저장 공간 접근 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
5. 이용 대상 및 연령 정보
이 앱은 만 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 앱은 이름, 연락처, 생년월일 등 개인정보를 요청하거나 수집하지 않으며, 생년월일 입력이나 연령 인증 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. Google Play의 콘텐츠 등급은 별도 설문·심사를 통해 정해지며 대상 연령 안내와 다를 수 있습니다.

이 문의처로 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제 관련 요청이나 게임 문제를 보내실 수 있습니다. 이용자가 자발적으로 이메일을 보내는 경우, 이메일 주소와 문의 내용은 답변과 문제 해결을 위해 처리되며 게임 플레이 데이터와 연결하지 않습니다. 문의 처리 목적이 달성된 정보는 지체 없이 삭제하되 법령에 따른 보관 의무가 있으면 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 이메일 서비스 제공자는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
7. 변경 안내
개인정보 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 방침과 앱 내 안내를 수정합니다. 광고나 온라인 기능을 추가하는 버전에서는 해당 기능의 데이터 처리 내용을 별도로 안내합니다.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Android game DAKONG (다콩), version 1.0.16, handles information.
1. Information collected or transmitted by the app
This version does not require registration or login. The app does not collect personal information on the operator's servers or transmit it to third parties. It contains no advertising, behavioral analytics or remote crash-reporting SDKs. The game and its artwork are included in the installation package and work offline.
2. Information stored only on your device
The app stores the following in its local app storage: best scores for each mode; the last 12 game records (score, duration, combo and game date); total games, dodges, play time and highest combo; earned stamps; tutorial and practice completion; selected mode, character, uniform, ball skin, club title and language; and sound, vibration and motion settings. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to the operator. It is used only to retain your settings and display your records.
3. Retention and deletion
Choose “Reset records & settings” in the lobby settings to reset your game data and preferences. Clearing the app's data in Android settings or uninstalling the app also deletes records on that device. The operator does not store gameplay records on a server. Cloud backup is disabled for the app.
4. Device permissions
The app uses only the normal vibration permission for brief feedback when a ball hits. It does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, advertising ID or external storage.
5. Intended audience and age information
DAKONG is intended for users aged 13 and over. It does not request or collect names, contact details, dates of birth or other personal information, and does not provide date-of-birth entry or age verification. The Google Play content rating is assigned through a separate questionnaire and review and may differ from this intended-audience statement.

You may use this contact for game issues or requests concerning access, correction or deletion of personal information. If you voluntarily email us, your email address and inquiry are processed to respond and resolve the issue; they are not linked to gameplay data. Information is deleted without undue delay once the inquiry has been resolved, except where retention is legally required. Email service providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
7. Changes
If our data practices change, we will update this policy and the in-app information. Versions that add advertising or online features will separately explain the data practices of those features.
